At a tribal casino resort where much of the business runs on cash, the employee dining room needed a kiosk that could take team members' orders and send them straight into the casino's Oracle MICROS POS.
Reji connected the kiosk to MICROS through our Olo integration. Team members ordered at the kiosk and paid with cash or card, with card payments processed by Worldpay through Reji's triPOS integration.
Every sale imported directly into MICROS for accounting, and each item went to the kitchen exactly the way it was already set up in MICROS.
The key was item mapping. Reji mapped each kiosk item to its MICROS item ID and fit it into a menu built for easy ordering. Prices stayed in sync, and when an order was pushed back, MICROS recognized every item and knew exactly what to do with it.
