- Cancel with 30 days’ written notice
- If you cancel before payoff, the kiosk goes back to Reji and the setup fee and deposit aren’t refunded. You owe nothing further

How much does a self-ordering kiosk cost?
A Reji Kiosk is $999 a month for 12 months for any kiosk in our lineup, with hardware and the full Reji Interactive software included. There's a one-time $500 setup fee and a $500 deposit that's credited to your 12th payment. After 12 payments the kiosk is yours, and the software continues at $399 a month. If you already have compatible kiosks, software only is $399 a month per kiosk. Digital signage is $49 a month per screen, and custom builds and events are quoted. See pricing.
Which kiosks can I choose?
Any kiosk in our lineup is the same $999 a month: Olea Austin, Santa Fe and Irvine, Hanasis Omnia, G&R Giosk 32C Curve and Kiosk.com Apex. Every kiosk runs the same complete Reji Interactive platform, with no software feature tiers.
What happens after the 12-month lease?
The kiosk is yours after your 12th monthly payment. Your $500 deposit is applied to that 12th payment. The Reji software is a subscription, not a perpetual license, so starting month 13 you keep using the Reji platform for $399 a month, including software access, standard updates, remote management and supported features.
Do you offer seasonal pricing?
Yes. Reji Seasonal is $399 a month during your active months and $49 a month during dormant months, on a 12-month agreement with your operating months set up front. Your settings and configuration stay in place while you're closed. It requires compatible hardware you already own. For example, a theme park open 3 months a year pays $1,938 a year.
How much does digital signage cost?
Reji Display is $49 a month per screen for digital signage, menu boards, promotional screens and informational displays that don't process transactions. You provide compatible display hardware.
Are there any setup fees?
Every plan has a one-time $500 setup fee per kiosk for configuration, menu setup and onboarding, including shipping for leased kiosks. Software only requires just the setup fee. A kiosk lease also requires a $500 deposit, credited to your 12th payment, so $1,000 is due at signing. If you end the lease before the 12th payment, the deposit is forfeited. Specialized integrations, third-party services and nonstandard freight or installation are quoted separately.
Can I buy a kiosk outright?
The kiosk becomes yours after your 12th payment, and you can pay off the remaining payments at any time with no prepayment penalty, with your $500 deposit credited toward the payoff. We don't sell standard kiosks outright, so the lease-to-own plan is the way to own one. If you already own compatible kiosks, Reji Interactive runs on them for $399 a month, and specialized hardware can be quoted as a Custom Build.
What's included in the Reji software?
Every standard Reji Interactive feature: self-service ordering, menus and modifiers, upsells, multi-language ordering, payment workflows, kitchen printing and routing, remote device management, reporting and supported integrations. There are no software feature tiers. Custom development, specialized integrations and third-party fees may be quoted separately.
What do I need for software-only pricing?
Kiosk hardware you already own. Reji supports Windows and Android kiosks, but usage and setup can vary by make and model, so contact us to confirm your hardware is compatible before you start.
Do you take a percentage of my transactions?
No. We do not take a percentage of your transaction fees.
