Questions

Venue Operator FAQ

How does billing work?

Reji bills your venue a flat fee per kiosk for each day it is used. Days a kiosk sits on the charging rail are not billed. Pricing and terms are set by agreement.

Can I set my own price for vendors?

Yes. You set the lease price your vendors pay for the day, event or season, and you keep the difference between your price and Reji's fee.

How do vendors get a kiosk?

You keep a fleet on site at a kiosk checkout stall or booth. Vendors check one out when they set up and return it when they pack up.

What do vendors need?

Their menu and a way to get paid. Each vendor picks their setup: pay at the window with two receipts, send orders to a kitchen printer or display, or take payment right at the kiosk. Vendors already on Square can attach a Square Terminal.

How do the kiosks stay online?

Each kiosk runs from one power source and connects through built-in cellular or the vendor's own hotspot. Built-in cellular is an additional charge.

Is this available now?

The venue program is new, and the kiosks come from our new mobile kiosk line now in production. Tell us about your venue and we'll plan your rollout.
