A branded self-order kiosk beside the trailer, built around soul food combos.

Food trucks carry the same ordering complexity as restaurants without the same infrastructure. Connectivity, payments, kitchen communication and space can all change from one stop to the next.
For a soul food trailer, every combo means a protein, sides and a sauce, all taken through a single window.
Reji set up a freestanding kiosk next to the trailer, branded with Soulful Eatery’s own welcome screen.
Customers start their order, enter a name for pickup, choose a food group and build a combo step by step: a protein, a first side, a second side and a sauce.
Reji’s mobile setup gives food trucks options: a cellular kiosk that creates its own local network, payment choices that fit the operator, and kitchen tickets printed at the kiosk or inside the truck.
These are platform capabilities available to any mobile operator.
