Cash and card ticket kiosks, plus an all-in-one Android ticketing app on Adyen handhelds.

When Reji built a complete self-service ticketing solution for Greyhound/Flix, the new experience had to integrate deeply with their existing ticketing infrastructure while supporting travelers who still relied on cash.
Some stations had no room for a kiosk at all, and the network spanned the United States and Central America, with travelers who needed different languages and currencies.
The deployment used Olea's Franklin kiosk, with several specialized components that had to work together:
Reji integrated with the existing hardware APIs and orchestrated those components within the ticket-buying experience. A traveler could find their trip, buy a ticket with cash, get the correct mix of bills and coins as change, and have their ticket and receipt printed, all while the transaction stayed connected to Greyhound/Flix's existing systems.
What could have been a reason to eliminate cash became part of the modern self-service experience.
Not every ticketing station had room for a kiosk, so Reji also built a native Android app that ran directly on Adyen S1F2 payment devices. Each handheld was a complete ticket counter on its own: it looked up trips, took the payment, printed the ticket and stayed online over its built-in cellular connection.
That meant integrating with Adyen for both payments and the device’s built-in printer, and with Greyhound/Flix’s enterprise API for ticketing, so a sale on a handheld landed in the same systems as a sale at a kiosk.
Kiosks and handhelds were deployed across the United States, and handhelds also ran in Central America. Reji supported multiple languages and currencies end to end, matching what came back from Greyhound/Flix’s ticketing APIs and from the Adyen payment platform, so travelers saw their own language and paid in the right currency.
The checkout screens travelers used to pay by card or cash.
